Our kids are growing up in spiritually dark time. Each day seems to create new challenges and greater threats to the spiritual unity and well-being of the church body and the family unit. Our elected officials no longer seek the Lord’s council in their decision making and too often give in to the sinful desires of whichever secular group is complaining the loudest. But God is faithful and we know that such times will come, that’s why we strive to keep our youth active in all of our church services and functions. We encourage our young people to be proactive in their daily walk and not to be ashamed of the Lord. We are so proud of the youth group at Riverside Missionary Baptist Church and look forward to their continual growth, both in number and in their spirituality.
